Never email your password, authentication code, API key, full bank details or identity documents. If a screenshot helps, hide personal and financial information first.
If we need private business records to investigate a problem, we will agree a suitable secure way to share them. Do not send a customer’s or employee’s records unless you are authorised to do so.
